Entry Fees:All entry and miscellaneous fees are due and payable to Toledo RusTICAts  within 72 hours of submission of entry. By entering the show, you agree to pay ALLfees, whether you attend the show or bench any cats/kittens. 

Regardless of the date of entry, ALL fees must be paid or postmarked within the entry category ie Early Bird, Regular, Wire Walker.  No payments will be accepted at check-in UNLESS approved IN ADVANCE by show management. Approved payments at check-in must be made IN CASH ONLY.

For payments received after show closes, additional fees apply.  ALL TIMES ARE Eastern Time Zone

  1. Payment received after 9pm January 26, 2026 and before Thursday January 29, 9 am, Wire Walker rates apply plus $25 additional fee.
  2. Payment received after Thursday, January 29, 9am and before January 30, 11:59 pm, Wire Walker Rates apply plus $35 additional fee.
  3. Payment completed day of the show, January 30 or after the show, Wire Walker Rates apply plus $50 additional fee.

Timely payment is critical for the club.  A significant amount of our bills are due before the show starts.

Returned payments will incur a $50 fee.  NO REFUNDS!

Printed Catalog                       $15

This is an electronic catalog show.  All exhibitors will be sent an electronic copy of the exhibitor’s catalog by Thursday February 8, 2024.  You can print out any pages you would like from that.  If you want a printed paper catalog you must request and pay for it.

AIRPORTS:  Detroit Airport, DTW, 1 hour 20 minutes.

Show Rules: TICA show rules will be strictly enforced. By entering, exhibitors agree to abide by the decisions of the judges and show committee. Any person entering a cat or kitten in a TICA-sponsored show shall agree to abide by and uphold the Rules of this association. TICA Show Rules, registration information and forms may be requested from TICA, P.O. Box 2684, Harlingen, TX 78551 or 956-428-8046 or downloaded from TICA's website.  All cats must be caged in the benching area and cannot be kept in strollers or carriers between rings.  No cats are allowed to stay in the show hall overnight.

Some Rules of Note: With the exception of cats competing in the HHP kittens, Preliminary New Breed, Advanced New Breed, and New Traits classes, registration with TICA is not required to compete. However, no Kitten, Cat, or Alter may be entered in the show with a "registration pending", unless accompanied by documentation showing the cat is eligible for registration in TICA. TOES will prompt the exhibitor for this documentation. Points earned when entered without a registration number may be claimed and scored for TICA titles and Regional/International awards after they are registered in TICA. All cats must be registered by their second show.

Kittens:All kittens entered for competition must be between four (4) and eight (8) months old on the day of the show.  No kitten under three (3) months of age will be allowed in the show hall (be prepared to show proof of age).

Household Pets: Household pets are very welcome at this show! Declawed Household Pets are OK at TICA shows. This is due to the number of HHPs that are rescue cats and may have already been declawed at the time of rescue. Household pets eight (8) months of age and older MUST be spayed or neutered. If you are not sure of the proper class or color of your cat, check out http://www.seregiontica.org/Colors/intro.htm or you may send a color photo of the cat to the entry clerk along with a description of the hair length on the tail. Measure if necessary. Your picture will be re- turned at check-in. You will also have an opportunity Saturday morning to have the senior judge make a final determination if the color / pattern is still in question.

Health Requirements: This is a non-vetted show. Cats showing signs of ear mites, fleas, fungus, or other illness will be escorted from the show hall, along with any other cats owned, housed, or agented by the same exhibitor. All entries should be immunized against feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus, and panleukopenia, and should test negative for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Any feline from a house or cattery where there has been fungus or any infectious or contagious illness within twenty-one (21) days prior to the opening day of the show is ineligible for entry. An obviously pregnant or lactating cat will be disqualified. TICA show rules require all claws, front and back, be clipped prior to judging. Declawed cats are only allowed for entry pursuant to TICA Show Rule 23.5 (allowed for household pet or household pet kitten entries or if proof is submitted with entry that the declawing occurred prior to May 1, 2020, and that same cat was shown prior to the rule change on May 1, 2020).

AWARDS: Awards will be awarded in accordance with TICA Show Rules.  This show is scored for TICA Regional and International awards.

LIABILITY:RusTICAts, its individual members, the show hotel, the Wood County Fairgrounds, and The International Cat Association, will not be held liable for any loss or accident to spectators, exhibitors, cats or personal property.

Benching: Only one benching request will be honored. Agent requests take priority over benching request. Clerks will be benched first. Double cage spaces are 22"W x 44" L and is included with your entry fee. Litter will be provided; bring your own litter pans.

Grooming Spaces: These measure 44" long and 22” deep.

For Sale / Exhibition space: Sales /exhibition spaces will be available ONLY to exhibitors with cats entered for competition.

Supplies: Cat litter will be available; bring your own litter pans and food and water dishes.

Clerks and Stewards:Please indicate on your entry if you want to clerk.  Ring clerks will be paid $35 provided lunch and a fully marked electronic catalog.  Indicate on your TOES entry is you are available to clerk.  Compensation will be made at the end of the show.  Stewards will be paid $20 and lunch.
